中鹿營造母公司鹿島制定了「鹿島集團企業行為規範」作為法令遵循的根基。在所有商業活動中，所有董事及員工皆應以實踐企業道德為基本原則。並從廣泛的角度向公司內部傳達所有商業行為皆應以落實法令遵循為前提，從而謀求意識提升和強化法令風險的應對。
「鹿島集團企業行為規範」中揭載「公正、透明、自由競爭與適當的商業交易」、 及「與政府的透明化政治關係」，並且於《聯合國全球盟約》中署名支持10項原則之一「企業應堅決反對任何形式的腐敗，包含敲詐和賄賂」。
