The groundbreaking ceremony for the Phase III Factory Construction Project of Panasonic Eco Solutions Electrical Construction Materials Taiwan Co., Ltd. (PESECMTW) was successfully held on October 18, 2025.
Since its establishment in 1987, PESECMTW has continued to expand its business, starting with the production of full-color wiring devices and growing into a leading player in Taiwan’s electrical construction materials industry.
The new factory is scheduled for completion in 2027, just in time to commemorate the 40th anniversary of PESECMTW. This project carries profound symbolic significance, representing both the company’s legacy and its commitment to future innovation.
Chung Lu Construction Co., Ltd., serving as the design and build contractor, expresses great honor in taking part in this landmark project and looks forward to working closely with Kajima Corporation to deliver a facility with the highest standards of quality, fully upholding the principle of safety first throughout the construction process.
