The construction of JUT World Plaza Commercial Office Building Project officially commenced in March 2023, and the topping out ceremony was successfully held on September 6, 2024.
This project was personally designed by Ando Tadao, a renowned architect in Japan and is expected to obtain both ESG Green Building and LEED Smart Green Building certifications. Upon completion, it will become one of the most prominent commercial office buildings in the Dazhi District of Taipei.
