Chung-Lu is committed to provide construction service with the best quality, and it has been building a variety of architectures and facilities in Taiwan ever since its establishment in 1983. Chung-Lu is a Japanese construction corporation with a long history in Taiwan; therefore, its business development has a close tie with the social advancement in Taiwan.

Chung-Lu is the corporation in Taiwan which is 100% invested by Kajima Corporation in Japan. Established in 1840, Kajima Corporation is now one of the largest general constructor in Japan. Overseas business of Kajima was initiated and expanded by the railway infrastructure, the Ten Major Construction Projects and other infrastructure in Taiwan in the late 19th century. Today, more than 100 subsidiary companies are widely distributed in North American, Asia, Europe and Oceania, flourishing in ongoing construction projects and development cases yet to come.
