The Topping-Out Ceremony for the Phoenix One New Construction Project was successfully held on May 22, 2026.
This residential development project is a collaboration between Tong Chuang Development Co., Ltd. and architect T.D. Lee, following the successful completion of Univention Landmark. Since construction officially commenced in January 2024, the project has progressed smoothly through the dedicated efforts of all participating teams and reached this significant milestone of the topping-out ceremony.
Chung-Lu Construction is honored to participate in this project and will continue to uphold the principles of Safety First and Quality Above All, and dedicate their full efforts to delivering a high-quality building that meets and exceeds the owner’s expectations.
