The topping-out ceremony for the Palace of the Light Construction Project was successfully held on August 11, 2026.
Designed by internationally renowned architect Tadao Ando, the project harmoniously integrates natural elements with architectural aesthetics, aiming to create a memorial facility inspired by a global perspective. Thousands of cherry blossom trees are planned for the surrounding landscape, creating a beautiful setting where nature and architecture complement each other.
